Cecilia’s entry into the fashion world began at the young age of 14. Starting with the prestigious “Supermodel of the World” competition, her modeling career would eventually bring her to work for the likes of Giorgio Armani, Chanel, Valentino, and L’Oreal, and publications such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, and Glamour. A woman of many passions, Cecilia also expanded her career to include acting, set design, styling, hair/makeup, and photography as well.

 

It was when life brought her to New York City that she realized her greatest passions lie within fashion design. Since graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology, she has worked with clients such as Barneys New York, Arden B., Guess, Marciano, and BEBE to build her brand.

 

Drawing her inspiration from the natural world, Cecilia designs timeless clothing imbued with the free-spirited movement and raw strength of the elements. CDB brings forth powerful pieces for powerful women who are as real and gritty as they are beautiful.
